Basic cleaning

Includes dusting and polishing furniture, cleaning window sills, remove cobwebs,

sweeping or vacuuming and mopping of all interior room floors.

Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms.

Detailed cleaning

Includes dusting sweeping or vacuuming and mopping of interior of home

but involves moving most light furniture to get underneath,

removing knick knacks or item on tables, cleaning baseboards,

cleaning cabinets, clean all glass surfaces, make up beds,

using our professional vacuum cleaner that uses water

as a filter so zero dust goes into the air and whatever you need done.

Other detailed cleaning can be performed as needed by the home owner.

Basic cleaning takes less time so is less money.

$60.00 per hour for a team of 2

Some houses may need detailed cleaning at first and then can go to

a basic cleaning rate as soon as home is being serviced regularly.

Smaller homes can be cleaned in an hour to an hour and a half.

Bigger homes will take 2-4 hours.

We do weekly and semi weekly schedules.

Note: There will sometimes be a travel and gas fee for houses out of town.

Commercial Cleaning

Business cleaning includes professional buildings and offices

Let us keep the appearance clean and neat for your business.

Your customers will certainly notice too.

Includes dust and polish as needed, vacuuming, mopping,

trash picked up and bathrooms sanitized and cleaned.

Additional cleaning duties can be performed at your request.

Daytime cleaning hours 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

After business hours cleaning from 5:00p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

Depending on the size on the building,

most cleaning can be done in an hour or two.

Once, twice, or three times a week.

Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
